The American Heart Association’s (AHA) BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
Don’t wait for your CPR card! JM Public Safety Inc issues all cards the same day as the class. Most times you’ll have the card before you even leave our office!
Classes are taught to the newest 2020 guidelines.
Who Should Take This Course?
The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings.
What does this course teach?
- CPR for adults, children, and infants
- Chain of Survival
- Use of an AED
- Ventilations using a barrier device
- Multirescuer resuscitation and performance as an effective team member during multirescuer CPR
The American Heart Association requires students to have a student manual. If you don’t require one signup below with the “Class Only”, if you need one signup for “Class and Student Manual” and we will provide a manual for you.
