As a certified Child Safety Seat Technician, we’re trained and certified to not only install the safety seats but to also instruct you on the proper way to install, adjust, and move child safety seats. We will help you install a new safety seat, inspect one that’s already and if needed assist you in adjusting it or we will show you how to adjust it as your child grows or if you want to use it for a different child.
All safety seats will be checked for any recall or safety notices. If any are found we’ll then help you get in contact with the manufacture so they can make the required changes or replacements.
Certification
We are nationally certified child passenger safety (CPS) technicians. Our initial training consists of both classroom and hands on portions with exams on every type of child safety seat.
Once certified we are then required to complete a certain amount of annual inspections, complete continuing education credits, and then be signed off by an instructor on every type of safety seat.
With the most innocent human life at stake we take our training and our inspections very seriously.
How Inspections Work
We offer both individual inspections as well as being available for reservations for businesses, churches, schools, or any other group that would like to have us come to them for a determined amount of time or inspections.
Cost Information
Individual Vehicle Check: No time frame, however much time is needed to install and educate on all safety seats within a single vehicle.
We can do a check of an individual child safety seat or we can come to you and stay for an agreed amount of time and help as many people as we can during that time period. Contact us for pricing.
