If you’ve never purchased a firearm online the task can seem daunting but we’re here to help you though the process and make it as easy as possible.
Online purchases must be transferred by a local Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) which JM Public Safety Inc. is. You may NOT have a firearm shipped directly to your home or place of business. Attempting to do so will get you in trouble with both local law enforcement as well as the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) and can result in many years in federal prison.
You will have to complete a federal form with your FFL, called Form 4473. The FFL will complete a mandatory background check to make sure you are not a “Prohibited Person”

Once you’ve decided on the gun to buy and have purchased it from a reputable dealer complete the purchase. Let the seller know that JM Public Safety Inc. will be completing the transfer.
Step 2: Arrange the Firearm Transfer
Contact JM Public Safety Inc. (info@jmpublicsafetyinc.com) to let us know you’ve purchased a firearm.
The information we’ll need to know is:
We will contact you once we’re in possession of the firearm. Please do not stop by before we contact you.
When you come to pick up your firearm make sure you bring a GOVERNMENT issued picture ID (Driver’s License, State ID) with your CURRENT address on it.
We’ll complete the required paperwork and as long as there are no issues with the background check you’ll get to take your new firearm home! Wisconsin does NOT have a waiting period for firearms.

Long Gun: $20
